What Happens To A Human Who Spends A Month Under The Sea?

Fabien Cousteau and his team are setting out to break the record for living in an underwater habitat.

In the end, because research about long, relatively shallow underwater living is limited, there are a lot of theories as to the effects of living underwater on human beings, but much of it is controversial, anecdotal, and unproven by even those who study it and have experienced it…

expeditionhappiness:

Just a reminder that while positivity is a great tool it is not healthy to:

  • repress negative thoughts/feelings
  • feel guilty for having negative thoughts/feelings
  • feel that you can’t express negative thoughts/feelings

Negative emotions are a part of life, and a truly balanced cognitive strategy will accept this (while working to change the balance of good to bad and teaching you coping strategies/self care/distraction etc)

I’m sorry but I hate fake dreads loc extensions whatever the fuck you wanna call them, growing your locs says lot about a person you have patience you have self confidence because the beginning stages are ugly super ugly but I feel every stage of my locs I was a different person not only were my locs growing but I was growing as a person too I appreciate the process it’s really a rewarding journey

I get on here and start browsing at others dread locs an immediately start feeling envious an impatient, lol why can’t these 4 months be 4 years? I need these babies to loc already damn it! I love keeping my hair natural, I do! I do not like the patience I must have in order to see what my locs will finally turn out like once they’ve officially Loc’d and so forth! But I’ve come this far so what’s another couple of months?… Damn these mixed girl problems….
